Track - 58
All installations are different. It is up to the installer to determine the best method for a particular application.
We do offer 5/16 x 4” black stainless steel lag bolts—Item #3017 for a 6’ track and item #3019 for an 8’ track. These will work well in most cases providing that there is structural framing behind each lag.
Once you have determined the distance from the finished floor to the bottom of the track; snap a chalk line and position the bottom of the track on the line.
The off center holes in the track should be in the lower part of the track. This will allow you to use the holes in the track as a guide to drill pilot holes for lag bolts or other fasteners.</p>
Keep in mind that you need some extra clearance under the door if using our stay roller item 3004.
